Job summary

Job description

A graduate degree is required. One year experience in facilitating group, family, and individual counseling sessions preferred. Previous experience in treating senior adults preferred. Ability to apply the skills of self-motivation and project management. Ability to read, interpret and apply policies, procedures and legal requirements. Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision making consistent with organizational objectives. Proven ability to analyze and solve problems to deliver results. Familiarity with standard office equipment. Ability to handle multiple tasks in timely manner.

Current licensed Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marital and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Additional licensure as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC-MH) or Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP) preferred. American Heart Association BLS required; May have up to 30 days from date of hire or transfer to obtain. CPI Training required; May have up to 60 days from date of hire or transfer to obtain. CPI must be renewed every 2 years. Must maintain current, valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
