Responsibilities

• PT II: processes complex forms and files for multiple program areas; provides detailed program information to the public, employers, and agencies.
• PT II: handles cases requiring detailed program knowledge for difficult calculations or unclear guidelines.
• PT I: processes less complex forms and files for a specialized program; work is periodically reviewed.
• Identifies and reports fraudulent claims or activities to management.
