Job summary

Cencora in Orange, CA is seeking aти associate to support the Elevate Provider Network Management Team. You will handle daily network operations, provide phone and email support, and help maintain network materials and communications, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and two onsite days if local to Orange.

The role involves calculating reimbursements, supporting the PM/Managed Care teams, and working with vendor partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 2+ years in customer operations.
• Certification in customer service or process improvement preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary telephone coverage for managed care and claims processing issues.
• Updates to network database and creation/distribution of network materials and communications.
• Provides call, fax and email support for customers, Sales, Business Coach, and Managed Care Directors.
• Troubleshoot website issues for Central Pay and Prescribe Wellness.
• Aids with pharmacy questions and issues including accounting and payment inquiries.
• Calculating pharmacy reimbursements and related rates.
• Liaise with Elevate vendors (FDS, eRx, Prescribe Wellness).
