Coho Consulting Group in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Program Support Specialist to aid the MRO/MRO-S Functional Management Office. The role supports business operations, data analysis, SharePoint administration, executive reporting, and site activation efforts for Air Logistics Complex implementation activities.

The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint and BI tooling skills, plus the ability to coordinate with stakeholders, analyze data, and produce clear, actionable briefings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years supporting Air Force Depot Maintenance systems or related operations preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security credentials.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, planning and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support site activation, implementation, testing and go-live activities.
• Assist with change management initiatives and end-user transitions.
• Develop executive briefings, reports and presentation materials.

Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO/MRO-S) Functional Management Office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role supports business operations, organizational change management, data analysis, SharePoint administration, executive reporting, and site activation efforts supporting Air Logistics Complex implementation activities.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
