Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, DC seeks a Program Support Analyst to perform routine analysis, assessment, and buildout of PSD Sheets supporting quarterly and fiscal year requirements for DON budgets. You will adapt quickly to client requirements, policies, and regulations governing funding across Navy Supply, Support and Logistics.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with sparing and modeling.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with both Naval Acquisitions and Sustainment.
  • Knowledge of PSD Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS).
  • Knowledge of the PPBE process.
  • Knowledge of Navy Parts and Spares Accounting Processes.
  • Ability to operate in a high-tempo environment.
  • Ability to perform financial analysis and review of DON budgets.
  • Secret Clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.

The role will include the routine analysis, assessment, and buildout, of Program Support Data (PSD) Sheets, in support of the clients quarterly and fiscal year requirements. We need a financial analyst who can quickly adapt and learn to navigate the client’s requirements, policies, and regulations, that strictly govern the funding requirements of countless Department of the Navy (DON) yearly budgets, specifically within Supply, Support, and Logistics.

You Have:

3+ years of experience with sparing and modeling

Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Experience working with both Naval Acquisitions and Sustainment

Knowledge of Program Support Data (PSD) Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS), the DON's tool for identification of the end item supply support requirements used for budgeting and funding

Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process

Knowledge of Department of Navy Parts and Spares Accounting Processes

Ability to operate successfully in a high-tempo environment

Ability to perform financial analysis and review of DON quarterly and yearly fiscal year budgets

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

Experience with NAVSEA Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS)

Experience with Navy financial systems such as the Program and Budget Information System (PBIS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), NAVSEA Enterprise Digital Capabilities (EDC), NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), or NAVSEA Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA)

Knowledge of the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS)

Knowledge of Navy financial processes and requirements development

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
