Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Navy Combat Systems Analyst to support development, testing, acquisition and integration of ship combat systems. You will contribute to requirements, design, performance analysis and logistics, working with Navy program offices throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years of combat systems experience with DoD or Navy entities, and a Secret clearance. A BS degree in CS, Math, Physics, or Engineering is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with combat systems for the DoD or U.S. Navy as a civilian, military personnel, or contractor.
  • Experience with operations, sensors, and weapon system integration onboard U.S. Naval ships.
  • Knowledge of the combat system software development life cycle.
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support development, testing, acquisition and integration of ship combat systems.
  • Provide inputs and technical support on behalf of the Navy program office across all phases of the combat systems lifecycle (requirements, design, performance analysis, testing, systems integration, sustainment, logistics).
  • Work in a team with senior staff supporting combat systems development, acquisition, sustainment, logistics and readiness assessments.

You Have:

3+ years of experience working with combat systems for the DoD or U.S. Navy as a civilian, military personnel, or contractor

Experience with U.S. Navy platforms, combat and networked systems, surface and air-launched weapon s, C4I, Sensor, and EW systems

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field preferred ; Master’s degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field a plus

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
