Job summary

Vista Community Clinic in Vista, CA is seeking a Project REACH Program Supervisor to lead and supervise program staff, oversee budgets, and ensure safe, engaging activities for youth and families at assigned sites.

You will collaborate with schools and community partners, support grant writing, report progress, and help shape program quality with strong supervision, budgeting, and evaluation. Bilingual English/Spanish and a valid California driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years' related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Valid California driver's license and vehicle insurance; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise one or more programs.
• Provide oversight of administration and implementation of project work plan and budgets.
• Lead day-to-day staff oversight at assigned Project REACH site.
• Collaborate with schools, community partners, families, and other stakeholders.
• Attend and facilitate meetings; assist grant writing and reporting.
