Job summary

Sycamore Services, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a supervisory leader to oversee day-to-day operations of services in assigned areas. You will mentor staff, provide training, manage caseloads, and ensure quality outcomes for people served.

You will supervise Community Consultants, Director Support Professionals, Group Facilitators and Team Leads; participate in hiring/training and conduct regular performance evaluations. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise others.
• Knowledgeable in development of Individual Service Plans and ISP goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work non-standard/flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, support, assign caseloads, and assess staff performance.
• Assist with hiring and training of staff with Field Training Coordinator.
• Conduct 90-day and annual performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and lead staff meetings and activities.
• Assist staff with providing services and staffing coverage.
• Coordinate staff assignments and provide participant training.
• Ensure quality of programs by assessing potential new clients.
• Ensure outcomes align with participant plans and POSP goals.
• Develop program curriculum for individuals and groups.
• Lead group activities and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain records, monitor funding utilization, and complete reports.
• Oversee PCISPs, communicate with families and providers, maintain confidentiality.
• Promote agency mission and teamwork; perform other duties as assigned.
