Sycamore Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and ensure quality of services for people served. You will train staff, manage caseloads, and maintain accurate records in alignment with PCISP goals.

The role requires leadership in program coordination, staff development, and data reporting, with a flexible schedule and strong communication with families and agencies.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise others.
• Knowledgeable in the development of Individual Service Plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work non-standard/flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with persons with disabilities.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, mentor, support, assign caseloads, and assess staff performance.
• Assist with hiring and training of staff.
• Conduct 90-day and annual performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and lead meetings and staff activities.
• Coordinate staff assignments and participant training.
• Ensure quality of programs and assess potential new clients.
• Oversee program outcomes and individual plans (PCISP).
• Lead group activities and ensure a safe environment.
• Coordinate reporting, documentation, and budget utilization.
• Maintain confidentiality and open communication with families and agencies.
