Job summary

Children's Home Society of Florida (CHS) is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead teams delivering high-quality services to children and families. You will guide program operations, ensure compliance, and coach staff to achieve outcomes that support CHS's mission.

The role emphasizes collaboration with community partners, data-driven improvement, and leadership development across Behavioral Health and community-based programs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Family Services, or related field.
• Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• AA/AS in Counseling or Social Work with qualifying experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop direct service and support teams.
• Provide individual supervision, case consultation, and team guidance.
• Assign cases and monitor workload distribution for quality service.
• Support staff with complex, high‑risk, or crisis situations.
• Review case files and service records for quality and compliance.
• Monitor contract requirements, program standards, and performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with community agencies and system partners to strengthen services.
• Develop reports, performance measures, and program evaluations.
• Use data to identify trends, improve outcomes, and drive quality improvements.
• Support accreditation, grants, and program development opportunities.
• Provide direct services when needed to support operations.
