Job summary

Harry Meyering Center in Faribault, MN is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team providing person-centered support. The role oversees daily operations and maintains a safe, welcoming home environment while helping individuals build independence in home and community settings.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, with some start/end-time flexibility. Starting wage is $22.00 per hour with increases after 90 days and after one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills; able to problem-solve and respond effectively in emergencies.
• Must pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals, promote independence in home and community.
• Assist with daily living and medical needs, including medication administration and appointments.
• Supervise and support staff through scheduling, orientation, team meetings, and performance management.
• Assist with developing and implementing person-centered plans that support individual needs, goals, and preferences.
• Oversee daily program operations, including budgeting, individual finances, documentation, and home maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment, follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, respond to program needs during unstructured shift time.
