Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor in Wisconsin. Schedule: Mon-Wed 4p-10p Fri 8a-4p Sat & Sun 8a-8p every other weekend. Pay is $17/hr. This role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on staffing and service delivery.

The position offers full/part-time and as-needed options, with initial on-site responsibilities and opportunities to gain supervisory skills while making a daily impact.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
