Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead program staff, support participants in achieving personal goals, and ensure smooth site operations. This role provides leadership and hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them thrive at home, at the center, and in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities, OR Associate's Degree (60 college credits) and 4 years of direct experience.
• Experience with positive behavior support and staff supervision preferred.
• Must be physically able to assist participants.
• Valid PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and ensure participant safety and program fidelity.
• Assist with administration and documentation of medications.
• Lead and coordinate recreation, training, and pre-vocational activities at the center and in the community.
• Maintain open communications with participants, families, coordinators, and team members.
• Arrange volunteer opportunities and manage scheduling to meet ISP-based supervision ratios.
