Job summary

ResCare Community Living, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team of caregivers and help individuals we serve live more independently. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating ISP plans, and providing direct support for daily activities and health-related tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers.
• Provide support including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct care, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
