REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Minnesota to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This mission-driven role combines direct care with supervisory duties.

You will supervise a team of Caregivers, facilitate ISP implementation, hire, train, schedule, and oversee staff, and help with meals, medications, and daily living tasks. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or activities.
