Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Program Supervisor in Alexandria, MN. This role oversees ISP implementation, staff hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision while supporting individuals we serve with daily activities and transportation.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with some weekend coverage. A valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including daily activities such as meal prep and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or activities.
