Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role of Program Supervisor is central to executing ISP plans, supervising caregivers, and enabling daily living supports.

The position offers a full, part-time, or as-needed schedule with comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and rapport with team and clients.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage staffing and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and assist with staffing and scheduling.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with supervisory and program activities.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
