Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Ability to hire, train, schedule, and oversee staff.
• Excellent communication with team and individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and support staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional or program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to work or activities.
