Job summary

D&S Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor in the Memphis area. You will oversee a team delivering community-based supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and ensure ISP implementation and scheduling accuracy.

This role combines direct support with supervisory duties, offering growth opportunities, hands-on service delivery, and community engagement with a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
• Opportunity to gain supervisory skills while directly impacting the people we serve.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of ISP and participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional/program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
