Job summary

Brightpoint is seeking a Program Supervisor of Intact Family Services in Champaign, IL. You will supervise staff, provide case consultation, and drive program evaluation to keep children safe and families supported. The role combines leadership with hands-on supervision in a hybrid setting near Champaign.

The position requires a Master's in Social Work, licensure or ability to obtain CWEL/CERAP/CANS within 90 days, and strong collaboration across teams to advance service quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide backup and coverage for team members as required by program.
• Monitor and implement the program's continuous quality improvement process including outcomes, assessments and funding reports.
• Develop methods to enhance quality of services and identify training/consultation needs.

The Program Supervisor of Intact Family Services is a critical member of both the region's child welfare team, as well as the agency's broader leadership team, working collaboratively within and across programs to ensure a relentless focus on keeping children safe and supporting families. The Intact Family Services program provides families with intensive, trauma-informed case management services using Solution-Based Casework (SBC), an evidence-informed casework model of partnering with families to help them reach their goals. As the Program Supervisor, you will provide reflective supervision to Intact Specialists, and be a vocal advocate for continuous program evaluation and improvement, all with the goal of helping children and families thrive.

Candidate Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a closely related field required.
• At least two years' social services experience required (child welfare experience highly desirable).
• Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL), Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP), and Child Abuse and Neglect (CANS) certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and events as needed required.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.

What You'll Do

Job Details

• Compensation: Range is between $72k-$76k, offers are commensurate with experience. The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs. • Additional Compensation: A $3,000 CWEL Stay Bonus payable in two installments: $1,500 after 6 months of consecutive employment and $1,500 after 12 months of consecutive employment. Eligibility for the bonus is contingent upon the role requiring the CWEL certification.
