YWCA Rochester in Rochester, NY seeks an Administration Program Supervisor to oversee Ontario County programs delivering housing and supportive services for singles and families. The role ensures trauma-informed, person-centered care while guiding day-to-day operations and partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in social work, human services, public administration, nonprofit management or related field.
• At least two years of progressive leadership experience in housing case management, human services or nonprofit program management.
• Experience serving individuals and families facing homelessness and complex barriers.
• Experience with audits, regulatory compliance and contract management.
• Experience in program operations, staff supervision, compliance, reporting and QA.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Ontario County programs and steward relationships with OCDHS and other partners.
• Support short- and long-term program goals aligned with mission, contracts and funders.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive outcomes and growth.
• Coordinate use of program funds to meet participant needs and staff development.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure accountability and effective supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
