Ideal candidates have 2+ years in the IDD field and strong people skills, with a focus on person-centered support, safety, and teamwork to help individuals live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two years of experience in IDD field with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Person-centered approach, patient and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable and detail oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered
• Ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled
• Provide training for employees
• Conduct monthly staff meetings
• Provide hands-on assistance, mentoring and guidance
• Ensure comfort, safety and personal growth of individuals we serve
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed
