Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a supervising role to lead a team supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will oversee ISP implementation, schedule staff, and participate in hiring and training while promoting independence and quality of life.

The position covers direct support with meals, medication, and personal care, plus arranging community outings and transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Supporting individuals with daily activities and personal needs.
• Facilitating community involvement and transportation.
• Participating in administrative functions like staff hiring and training.
