Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor to help deliver community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will guide a team of Caregivers, help implement Individual Service Plans, and balance direct service with administrative duties, while enabling people to live more independently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid drivers license, registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills for staffing and scheduling.
• Opportunity to gain supervisory experience while making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, meals, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional or program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to work or activities.
