Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help implement ISP plans, hire and train staff, and ensure smooth scheduling and oversight.

The role blends direct care with program supervision, including community outings and transportation to activities, while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year related work experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional/program activities and supervision.
• Encourage community involvement by outings or transportation to work and activities.
