Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Ensure direct service shifts are filled and coordinate with the team.
• Provide training for employees and conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Offer hands-on encouragement, mentoring and guidance to staff.
• Ensure comfort, safety and personal growth of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks and documentation per plans.
