Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in admin duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals with daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct service with professional or program activities and supervision.
• Coordinate community outings or transportation to work or other activities.
