Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Supervisor to help implement ISP plans and oversee staff delivering services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role blends direct support with supervision and program activities in a mission-driven environment.

You will supervise caregivers, coordinate scheduling, assist with daily activities, and facilitate community involvement, including outings and transportation when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage staffing and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transporting to work or activities.
