Job summary

You will split time between direct support, professional activities, and supervision, ensuring high-quality care while meeting regulatory requirements.

You’ll facilitate community outings, transportation, and daily activities like meal planning and personal care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support including daily activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional/program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to activities.
