Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a full-time supervisor to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role runs Sunday through Thursday from 7am to 3pm, with on-call hours, and pays $21.45 per hour.

You will supervise a team, help implement Individual Service Plans, and assist with daily activities, including meals, medications, and transportation, while promoting safe, respectful service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals with daily activities, including meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with supervisory and program activities.
• Assist with community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
