Job summary

REM Community Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a Caregiver team and support individuals in our community-based services program. You will help implement Individual Service Plans and oversee scheduling, training, and staffing to ensure quality care.

The role offers opportunities to gain supervisory skills while directly impacting the people we serve each day. A strong communication style and organizational ability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide direct support with daily activities such as meals, medication administration, and personal care.
• Split duties between direct care, professional activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
