Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead a team of caregivers and ensure effective delivery of ISP-based supports. The role includes supervision, scheduling, and direct service to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The successful candidate will oversee staff, manage daily activities, and coordinate community-based outings while upholding Sevita’s mission and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals with daily activities including meal prep, planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties include direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement via outings or transportation to work or activities.
