Job summary

The position is located in Sells, AZ. Under limited supervision, the incumbent supervises and coordinates the operations of a division or program in accordance with established goals and objectives. Develops and sets procedures to ensure quality service delivery.

The work is reviewed upon completion to ensure compliance with general goals, policies, and procedures. Major work activities are guided by procedures, with flexibility in methods, prioritization, and project planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.
• Criminal background check required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops staff; assigns tasks and evaluates performance.
• Oversees workload, resources, timelines, and project reporting.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Conducts quality audits and prepares reports.
• Provides administrative support to achieve program objectives.
• Organizes schedules and departmental meetings.
• Participates in budgeting for the program.
• Leads by example to uphold department values and accountability.
• Monitors case activity and data reporting.
• Responds to information requests and resolves issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
