Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Must obtain required certifications/licensures within the first year.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with caregivers/families; 1+ year in supervision.
• Masters degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, implement, and evaluate services for quality outcomes.
• Supervise direct reports and assess performance at least annually.
• Lead talent management including hiring and retention.
• Ensure compliance with policies, COA standards, and licensing.
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial balance.
• Oversee staff training and curriculum fidelity.
• Collaborate with other services for coordinated delivery.
• Develop materials and conduct community outreach.
• Represent agency and build interagency relationships.
• Coordinate grant projects with GMOE team budgets and reporting.
• Report program status monthly to the Director of Clinical Services.
