Job summary

DePelchin Children's Center in San Antonio, TX seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a non-clinical service delivery team and oversee grant-funded projects. The role manages staff, ensures service quality, and liaises with partners and the community.

The position requires a bachelor's in social work or related field, with supervisory experience and the ability to attain required certifications within a year; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Must be certified in required curriculums or attain within the first year of employment.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with caregivers of children, parents or families.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.
• Bilingual in Spanish; English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, implement, and evaluate all assigned services to ensure quality.
• Provide routine supervision for direct reports and assess job performance at least annually.
• Lead talent management, including hiring and retaining staff.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, COA Accreditation Standards, and licensing standards.
• Monitor budget allocations and balance between revenue and expenses.
• Ensure staff education/training needs are met and curriculum fidelity.
• Collaborate with other services for coordinated delivery.
• Develop public education materials and outreach; represent the agency in the community.
• Organize community outreach activities and engage stakeholders for program improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or human services related field
