Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead Direct Support Professionals and oversee the daily operation of community-based services in Gradford-Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves coordinating health care, regulatory compliance, and program activities to deliver person-centered supports.

You will supervise staff, assist with program planning, and ensure accurate documentation and billing, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with one year clean driving history.
• 1 year caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and oversee day-to-day operations of the program.
• Ensure health care, regulatory compliance and safety within the program.
• Assist with program planning, budgeting and workflow, and participate in monthly staff meetings.
• Conduct annual evaluations for Direct Support Professionals and support staff training and development.
