Job summary

At The Crossroads is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the development of a community-led, rights-based framework for services and organizing for transitional-age youth in San Francisco. The role emphasizes IPS-inspired connection, mutual learning, and voluntary engagement, with a focus on sustaining relationships and expanding youth leadership.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of relevant nonprofit, community-based or youth-serving work experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing program staff.
• Experience designing, improving, or launching programs aligned with community priorities.
• Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and conflict-navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead participatory assessment of current programs, youth priorities, unmet needs, and partnerships to propose a phased plan.
• Oversee outreach and supportive services with accessible, no-judgment support.
• Develop program structures linking immediate support with membership, peer support, leadership development, and advocacy.
• Design new program areas responding to youth-defined priorities and constraints.
• Develop program plans, staffing, budgets, partnerships, timelines, and success measures.
• Represent ATC in coalitions and partnerships and communicate priorities externally.
