Job summary

Brightpoint in Des Plaines, IL, seeks a Program Supervisor of the Child Welfare Resource Referral Program. You will lead a team of Community Resource Navigators helping families meet needs and complete community referrals as part of a shift toward well-being solutions.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, 2+ years in social services, CERAP and CANS certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and a valid driver’s license. Hybrid schedule with in-home services in Lake County, IL.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
• Two years of social services experience; child welfare experience desirable.
• CERAP and CANS certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and events.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Community Resource Navigators.
• Collaborate with programs to keep children safe and support families.
• Coordinate resources and community referrals for 30 days per family.
