Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage day-to-day program operations, guide staff, schedule training, and ensure policy adherence. The role includes direct service to members and coordination with community partners as needed.

The supervisor will also monitor HMIS data quality, staff documentation, and participate in funder meetings. A valid AZ driver’s license and relevant behavioral health background are essential.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher in behavioral health is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders for at least 12 months is preferred.
• AZ Driver’s License in good standing is required for Housing program staff.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required for Housing program staff.
• CBI Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification per policy.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and guide assigned staff on training, scheduling, and policy adherence.
• Provide direct service to members as needed and participate in staffing for QA purposes.
• Represent the program and agency in meetings with community partners and funders as required.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and staff complete daily staffing emails, service transactions, and case notes.
• Review staff documentation to ensure compliance with policy and procedure.
