Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Supervisor BHT to lead day-to-day operations of the program and guide staff through training, scheduling, and performance checks.

The role includes direct service as needed, coordination with community partners, and ensuring HMIS data quality and accurate case notes in line with agency procedures. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of behavioral health direct service experience in shelter or housing.
• Certified Peer Support Worker or Recovery Coach certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Current NM Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff guidance.
• Provide training, scheduling, and performance verification.
• Direct service to members as needed and coordinate with partners.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and accurate daily notes.
