Job summary

CRI Commurity Residences, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the Adult Services & Behavioral Health Programs in Bristol, CT. You will oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure programs align with Individual Plans and DDS/DSS regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with supervisory experience, CPR/First Aid, and a CT driver’s license. Monday–Friday, 40 hours; on-site supervision of a residential program.

Qualifications

• Must possess supervisory experience in human services.
• CPR, First Aid and Medication Certification within required regulations.
• Valid CT driver’s license and ability to drive agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing learning environment and support daily living skills.
• Use approved protective holds to ensure safety for individuals and staff.
• Manage Individual Plans of Service and ensure timely implementation and documentation.
• Coordinate care, observe changes, and report to nursing, PT, OT, and team.
• Supervise staff, address non-compliance, and coordinate staffing ratios.
• Ensure medication administration adheres to policy and safety standards.
• Maintain home cleanliness, vehicle upkeep, and agency facilities.
