Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Poplar Bluff, MO to lead a team delivering daily care to individuals with disabilities. The role starts at $23.35/hr with on-demand pay and a full benefits package.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, assist with hiring, training and scheduling, and ensure high-quality care and seamless program operations in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of education.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
• Ensure high-quality care and program operations.
• Provide hands-on support when needed, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care when needed.
