Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team providing direct care and administrative support. The role includes implementing ISP plans, supervising caregivers, and aiding individuals with daily activities, meals, medication, and personal care.

Shifts are typically day hours; part-time and full-time schedules available with a strong focus on community involvement and transportation support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in admin duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transportation to work or activities.

Wage is $21.41 for this position and hours are typically 20 hours of Direct Care and 20 hours of Admin. Shifts may vary but will primarily include day hours 7a-3p

Program Supervisor

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
