Job summary

Mentor Adult Day Health, a member of Sevita, seeks a compassionate Program Supervisor to lead our Marlborough, MA Adult Day Health program, delivering medical, social, nutritional, and recreational services to adults in the community.

The role supervises staff, handles hiring and onboarding, ensures certifications, coordinates admissions and scheduling, and steps in as Program Director when needed to ensure high quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of managerial experience.
• 2+ years in a healthcare setting with adults.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Clean CORI and background check.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
• Ensure staff complete required in-services and certifications.
• Step in as Program Director when needed.
• Support client care by advocating for participants’ rights and recognizing signs of abuse/neglect.
• Assist with compliance related to DHHS and other regulatory standards.
• Coordinate admissions, staff scheduling, and training.
• Support emergency and evacuation planning and staff education.
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, and staffing actions.

This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes.
