The role leads a clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to adult day health participants, with a focus on leadership development and nursing career advancement.

The position emphasizes supervising nurses, maintaining regulatory standards, and coordinating medications, treatments, and appointments while ensuring a safe, supportive environment

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience.
• Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments.
• Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff.

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes.
