Program Supervisor at Exceptional Person Autism Residential Program

• Overall management and supervision of HCBS Autism Programs
• Familiar with personnel management, training, scheduling, and evaluation
• Assist with development, implementation and documentation review of individual's programming
• Maintain working knowledge of and ensure compliance with HCBS standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Flexible schedule (on-call) and work direct care shift as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Experience with autism and implementation of schedules.
• Experience with managing maladaptive behaviors.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
