A leading nonprofit organization seeks a Community Resource Program Supervisor to manage the Community Resource Coordinator program in Spartanburg. This position focuses on assisting low- to moderate-income households in achieving self-sufficiency and financial stability. Core Hours: Mon-Fri; 8 am-5 pm onsite

Community Resource Program Supervisor Summary
The Community Resource Program Supervisor will oversee and support the Community Resource Coordinator program across Cherokee, Spartanburg, and Union Counties. This program is designed to assist families across a range of economic needs, with a focus on helping low- to moderate-income households: (1) meet critical needs, (2) overcome barriers to self-sufficiency, and (3) build a pathway to financial stability. The Supervisor will manage all CRC staff, provide direct training and guidance, and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our financial stability initiatives. Additionally, the Supervisor will serve as a site coordinator during our VITA tax season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Work collaboratively with the Senior Director of Community Programs in support of the mission and vision of the Financial Stability Taskforce.

May be required to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. There is moderate noise associated with a business office including telephones, computer keyboards, printers, office traffic and visitors. The work environment requires the individual to have the ability to work in a confined space and sit at a computer terminal or in conference rooms.
