Job summary

Jimmy Jazz seeks a driven supervisor to lead a team of staff and consumers at our Medically fragile location. The role directly oversees daily operations of group homes and SIL settings serving individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness.

Responsibilities include program planning, financial monitoring, program evaluation, personnel management and facility oversight. Hours are Monday–Friday with on‑call rotation; some weekends and evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Five years combination of related higher education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience highly desired.
• Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Clinical experience writing goals and objectives and/or person-entered plans.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and/or evenings.

• Provide managerial and programmatic oversight including program planning, financial monitoring, and program evaluation.

POSITION SUMMARY:

CLO is seeking a driven, initiative-taking individual to provide supervision to a team of staff as well as consumers at our Medically fragile location .

This position will directly oversee the daily operations of group home and SIL settings serving individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Responsibilities are both managerial and programmatic in nature including program planning, financial monitoring, program evaluation, personnel management, and facility management.

HOURS: Monday-Friday with on-call rotation. Some weekends and/or evenings are necessary.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Five years combination of related higher education and experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience highly desired.
• Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Clinical experience writing goals and objectives and/or person-entered plans.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and/or evenings, when necessary.
• Ability to initiate and communicate effectively using positive, proactive language.
• Technical and descriptive writing skills necessary.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation required.
