Job summary

Greenbranch Recovery LLC's outpatient substance use disorder treatment program and First Responder program seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the team. This role reports to the Regional Clinical Director and oversees daily program operations, ensuring high quality care.

The full-time, hybrid position calls for strong leadership, intake oversight, schedule coordination, staff supervision, crisis intervention when needed, and collaboration with the lab vendor to maintain seamless services.

Qualifications

• One of the following credentials: LCADC with CCS; LPC with CCS; or LCSW with CCS and/or LCADC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake department for Greenbranch Recovery and daily onsite program operations.
• Supervise treatment staff and coordinate weekly treatment schedule with adjustments as needed.
• Arrange for group coverage when necessary and intervene in challenging or crisis clinical situations as necessary.
• Manage APNs (including OBAT) and liaise with the lab vendor.

Program Supervisor

Greenbranch Recovery LLC's outpatient substance use disorder treatment program and First Responder program is looking for a Program Supervisor to lead the team. This position reports to the Regional Clinical Director and oversees Greenbranch's substance use disorder treatment and mental health program. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

The Program Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the intake department for Greenbranch Recovery, overseeing daily onsite program operations, supervising treatment staff, coordinating the weekly treatment schedule with adjustments as needed, arranging for group coverage when necessary, acting as a resource and role model for staff, and intervening in challenging or crisis clinical situations as necessary. The role also manages the APNs (including OBAT) and serves as the liaison with the lab vendor.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will have one of the following credentials: licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC) with CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor); licensed professional counselor (LPC), preferably with CCS; or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with CCS and/or who is an LCADC.
