Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year experience in student services programs.
• Autonomous with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the public.
• Ability to identify, develop and implement processes to streamline efficiencies.
• Effective verbal and written communicator.
• Proficient in multiple software applications; MS Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on course requirements, policies, and program degree requirements.
• Coordinate enrollment management activities: course activation, registration, scheduling and curriculum distribution.
• Organize and execute student events (graduations, ceremonies, celebrations) ensuring a positive experience for students and families.
• Update and distribute student handbooks and resources; manage calendars and communications to cohorts.
